The invention relates to the food industry. The method of drying food includes previous training materials, grinding, filling functional roominess, which is placed in an oven with a pitch which is determined by the formula The prepared product was dried to a final moisture content 3 ... 7% at a temperature of a drying agent 20 ... 120 ° C. The finished product is poured out of cooled functional roominess, stirred packed and sent for storage or for sale
