COMPRESSOR


Purpose of the development: The proposed solution will increase efficiency, improve working conditions, reduce noise in the area of the compressor modes, especially at low flow, makes it possible to automate the management of the compressor, as well as to extend the scope mainly on vehicles with pneumatic brakes.

Recommended application field: Power machinery, on vehicles with pneumatic brakes.

Technical characteristic: 1. Between the first piston rod and the drive rod compressor further set and the differential lever and the hydraulic damper in the form of hydraulic cylinders are arranged symmetrically of interconnected spring-loaded piston forming two cavities interconnected via the hose to the control throttle. 2,  Additional rod with one end connected to one arm of the differential lever, and the second end - of piston compressor, the mean point of the differential lever is connected with a connecting rod driving the compressor and a second arm associated with a common rod additionally installed hydraulic damper.

Advantages over analogues: Application of the proposed compressor in comparison with the known, would allow: - Change the compressed air as a new compressor and compressor with worn friction surfaces of parts of its cylinder-piston through stepless and step changes in the speed and velocity of the piston; - Improve the reliability and durability of the compressor by providing a stable long-term parameters of compressed air, due to the possible change of the course and speed of his stroke; - To reduce the requirements for the precision of the friction surfaces of parts cylinder-piston; - To reduce the noise in the area of ??the compressor when it is functioning at a low flow regimes; - Automate the process of controlling the operation of the compressor; - To expand the range of applications.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: Since domestic and foreign counterparts and competitors proposed devices are not technical and economic indicators of the technical solutions are still the best, namely: 1) Energy saving on compressor drive - 60,  .. 80% due to the compliance filing, and any in magnitude selection consumers of compressed air; 2) the cost savings from reducing the amount of funds compressor repairs by improving its reliability and durability in the 1.5 to 2 times; 3) savings in repair -150 - 200% due to lower manufacturing precision parts kinematic pair piston-cylinder and provided with a stable supply of compressed air change course and speed of the piston compressor.

Description of the development:

Compressor containing a delivery cylinder and suction conduits to the suction and discharge valves, the piston that moves inside the cylinder and the drive in the form of a crank mechanism with a power source which is characterized in that it is further equipped with a differential lever with a rod, connected with one Yazan end of its one arm and the other end - the piston, wherein the center point of the differential lever is connected with the crank drive mechanism and a second arm associated with a common rod additionally installed hydraulic damper constructed as placed on one axis of said first and second hydraulic cylinders with the first and second spring-loaded pistons interconnected common rod, wherein a cavity formed by a first cylinder and a first piston, and a cavity formed by the second cylinder and second piston interconnected by a further set with the hose regulating throttle.
