TURNING DEVICE


Purpose of the development: When transporting assortments (logs) millyard is their turn. The disadvantage of the existing topping devices is unreliable and low efficiency when facing the complexity of the design. The proposed turning device provides a reliable reversal assortments, reducing processing time and the dynamic forces due to simple construction, low consumption of materials, lack of autonomous driving, gives the possibility to reduce the cost of the device and perform the process of turning in automatic mode.

Technical characteristic: In Ukraine, for the first time proposed the rotator will provide reliable and efficient operation due to simple construction, reducing the number of elements (components) that affect the process of reversal, while increasing productivity. Reversal device comprising a drive input conveyor, a receiving tray inclined guide rollers and the drive drum, characterized in that the receiving tray positioned inclined to the bottom part of the guide rollers is set at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the infeed conveyor and the drive pulley is mounted on the drive shaft infeed conveyor and adjacent to the upper end of the inclined receiving tray. - The side walls of the inclined chute devices have a concave profile. - The guide rollers devices are driving, and is used as an actuator drive shaft input conveyor. - Reel drive device and the guide rollers have a saddle-shaped and are equipped with longitudinal ribs. - Receiving in a vertical plane inclined tray portion of the device ends the horizontal at an angle of 90 ° to the transverse axis of the cross-feed conveyor.

Advantages over analogues: Using the turning apparatus over known, would allow: a) provide a reliable reversal assortments (logs) due to simplicity of design and reduce the number of elements (components) that affect the process of turning; b) increase productivity by sawing (bucking) and sorting of timber by reducing the duration of the process rozvorota by increasing the speed of the assortments in the output tray, equipped with drive rollers; c) reduce dynamic loads on the parts of the device for reducing motion resistance forces on sidewalls assortment tray having a concave profile; g) Remove tow assortments when driving on barabnu and guide rollers tray due to their saddle-shaped longitudinal ribs and equipment; d) saving the material for manufacturing the device by reducing the dynamic stress, and hence, the details of construction of dimensions; e) reduce the cost of the reversal of the device by reducing its consumption of materials; e) through the process of turning assortments automatically, without human intervention, but only under its control.

Technical and economic effect: 1. The cost effectiveness of increasing productivity by 24% due to the increasing speed of the assortments and reducing the duration of the process of reversal. 2,  Reduced device dimensions and material of 42%. 3,  Reducing the cost of the device by 56% due to the simplicity of the design and the absence of an autonomous priovoda,  4,  Improvement of working conditions as a result of the reversal of the process automatically.

The apparatus includes a drive transverse feeding conveyer, inclined receiving tray in a vertical plane, which is equipped with sides. The receiving tray is at an angle to a horizontal plane transverse to the longitudinal axis of the feed conveyor and the end adjacent the latter. At the bottom of the receiving tray positioned inclined drive guide rollers. How to drive the guide rollers used infeed conveyor drive shaft and a number of chain drives. Drive pulley mounted on the drive shaft of the conveyor feeder. The side walls of the output tray has a concave profile. Further detailed assortment of moves at the bottom of the horizontal section of the drive tray guide rollers in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor belt for further sorting. Drive through the saddle-shaped drum facilitates reversal and an increase in speed of the assortments in the initial stage of the process.
