Purpose of the development: The development is used when setting up a network of correcting and compensating devices for their effective work, to organize activities to ensure the quality of electric energy set standards for the imposition of penalties on consumers that impair quality parameters of electric energy.

The method consists in that the data entered in the memory of microprocessor measuring device. This is performed first digitizing the signal that is input to the device. The resultant input signal is processed by the digital filter. The processed data is provided to display or collect for a more detailed analysis of the processes that occur in the electrical network. If quality indicators do not meet the established standards, measures are being taken to normalize the set of indicators or the imposition of penalties on the organization, which degrades the quality of electricity.
