The technology is designed to provide storage stability cup endoprosthesis in total hip arthroplasty with acetabular defect acetabulum. Endoprosthesis include exposure of the joint capsule, and its cut-sectional perimeter joint dislocation of the femoral head, femoral neck resection and removal of residual cartilage of the acetabulum. After that, the acetabular arthroplasty by restoring its mendalnoy wall and setting the cup implant. Medial wall of the acetabulum is reduced by replacing its central cavity defect mixture autokostnoy chips, which are acquired from the patient's femoral head, the beads of diameter 2 - 6 mm porous pelota, which are movable and fixed to the plate. The patient sits in a chair, with the position of the investigated area the spine securely fastened using a device for x-rays. Chair and secured at a certain marking, for example 20 °, a fixed platform. Central light beam is directed perpendicular to the tape in its center. Move the patient to conduct the study at a different angle, for example 45 °, carried out by slightly rotating the chair seat around the telescopic supports. The patient does not have to get up to change the position of his body in space.
