According to the proposed technology, carry out the damaged section of X-ray diagnosis of the cervical spine with a specially developed a new device for spine X-ray, which includes real estate platform with a scale graduated in degrees, which mounted on telescopic pole-backed chair. Telescopic bearing consists of two parts, which makes it possible to adjust the height and move the chair in the horizontal plane. Pelota chair fused to lock hips and guide rod installed perpendicular chair seat. Guide rail has a lock body and head, each of which has a bar, which is movable and fixed to the guide rod, and biphasic calcium phosphate bioceramics based on hydroxyapatite (60% - hydroxyapatite, 40% - tricalcium phosphate), with a porosity of 40 70%. Bioceramics contains a system of interconnected micropores diameter of 10 mm and a diameter of 300-500 mm macropores. The volume ratio of the number to the number of chips autokostnoy bioceramics in the mixture is 1:2. The replacement of the defect cavity is accomplished by filling the void, which is a defect of this mixture with the impactor. Obtained the conclusion that this technology enables significantly improved results arthroplasty patients with cavitary defects of the medial wall of the acetabulum.
