The technology that displays a new approach to parametric models of the cervical spine (AIZ) in Orthez based on the generalized approach to modeling elements of biomechanical systems. The proposed method involves running simulations SHOP sequential scanning tomographic sections and structure of three-dimensional vector computer image of the cervical vertebrae, muscles and ligaments and subsequent registration of stress and strain. With the help of a computer program to simulate brace mentioned properties and according to the individual shape that follows the shape of the patient's neck and covers the latest in a single three-dimensional model. Bottom support orthosis rigidly fixed. On the upper support and lateral portions orthosis impose load. Stress and strain in different parts of the neck is determined by the nature of orthoses. Obtained geometric and finite element model shop, which are the basis for the creation of specialized systems for determination of individual-oriented methods of immobilization.
