NITRIDING DETAILS IN PULSED BEAM PLASMA

Vacuum plazma nitriding of metal parts.

Materials science, heat treatment.
Advantages over analogues:
Method will reduce the cost of machine tools and vehicles, reduce the cost of electric energy and active atmospheres and is finishing, and also save production space.

Description of the development:
() In comparison with the tools that are commonly used restorative thermochemical machining of structural steels and cast irons, such as carburizing, carbonitriding, gas nitriding and carbonitriding in furnaces, and volume or high frequency quenching method proposed cyclic thermal treatment (TMT) parts in pulsed plasma glow discharge. Method will reduce machine tool and means of transport to reduce costs of electric energy and active atmospheres and is finishing, and also save production space.
