Multifunctional heat generating unit-gomogenezator (TGA) is a machine hydrodynamic mode of operation, in which several processes are implemented: - Thin hydrodynamic crushing solids working environment; - Intense hydrodynamic mixing work environment with a high degree gomogenezatsii; - Pumping fluid through the flow of the unit; - Hydrodynamic heating of the working environment. Intense hydrodynamic mixing occurs due to the formation of the unit in running large-scale vortex structures and by turbulent mixing in the pipes and the tank. Fragmentation of the solid phase is due to the hydrodynamic gap (high velocity gradient) in the gaps of the running. Heating fluid is due to the viscous fluid friction in the flow of the unit (heating elements are used). Pumping of the finished product is due ottsentrovyh forces that occur during acceleration fluid impeller.
