Advantages over analogues: Creating unique, no world analogues, insulin-containing drugs entirely new class, with structural and physiological metabolic action and parenteral routes of administration maximizes mimic the action of endogenous insulin and have good glycemic control, to provide people with diabetes a fundamentally new way of life, avoiding the complications and inconvenience classic pharmacopoeia injecting insulin.

Now created a group of innovative hypoglycemic drugs based on genetic engineering, semi-synthetic human and porcine insulin, and mixtures thereof, with good glycemic physiological and structural and metabolic effects and improved glycemic control, as well as with the biodegradation in the recipient, after starting the cascade of metabolism glucose to intact compounds such as H2O and CO2. Unfortunately, to date, diabetes is still incurable. People with diabetes have to take insulin for life, which certainly affects their style of life and causes significant psycho-emotional and material discomfort. Pharmacopoeial insulin have strict temperature storage and, to date, have only injectable route of administration. Therefore, the appearance of new types of insulin, especially with non-parenteral routes of administration, with the structural and physiological metabolic action and good glycemic control - should bring dramatic changes in the quality of life of diabetes patients, to give them the opportunity to live as healthy individuals not suffering from symptoms of the disease and complications of medical therapy. By now developed a unique nano-technology of microencapsulation of insulin molecules (method solubilize the insulin molecule in the macromolecule of a nutrient) and obtained using this technology test stable aqueous solutions of human insulin, allowing the body to successfully absorb insulin, administered parenterally not.
