Application of Hypertherm plasma generators with automatic maintain clearance between the cutter and cut sheet firm IHT, provides constant cutting width and high quality edges. Plasma cutting produces blanks and parts of complex configuration without additional costs for subsequent machining path. Zinser provides torch cutting steel sheets up to 300 mm with high speed, high quality edge and minimal burr formation. CNC systems provide moving cutters for a given program sheet cutting, while managing the work of the plasma generator (P) or submission process gas to torch (PA).
