Technical and economic effect: Laser cutting is the cheapest way to get parts from sheet metal up to 6 mm. Minimal power consumption and high speed cutting determine the cost-effectiveness of the technology. In this case, in contrast to plasma cutting, laser cutter does not contain any expenses in the process.

Cutting is performed by heating the material focused on the surface of the laser radiation with concurrent purge cutting area towards cutting jet. This technology allows you to get an accurate and high-quality parts for circuit performance. This is achieved through the use of high-power industrial laser generators that allow the cutting of materials at high speed moving the focusing of the laser head. Due to the high cutting speed and concentration of energy in a small area of ??the surface, the structure of the material in the cutting zone practically unchanged, which compares favorably with laser technology of plasma cutting. High precision cutting tool (laser transmitter + cutting gas) system supported by positioning the cutting head in the plane of the machine table. To increase the accuracy of positioning is used dual speed control system of coordinate axes. Laser cutting also requires high dynamic movement axes. Application of Servo German company LENZE Series ECS has created a highly dynamic machine with exceptional precision movement and uncompromising reliability. Reliability of the machine is also provided high-precision linear motion guides company Rexroth (Bosh Group, Germany). CNC system Balt-System NC-210 provides moving cutting head for a given program at a given speed and acceleration, control of operating modes of the laser machine and auxiliary systems. Necessary for optimal cut quality gap between the sheet material and the cutter is automatically maintained during cutting through a system of maintaining the gap IHT. Application of technical solutions led to the positioning accuracy of 0.05 mm axles, 20000mm/min movement speed, acceleration of 10 m / s. The machine can be manufactured to specific customer requirements in size cut sheet, the number of cutting heads, the control system, etc.
