Purpose of the development: It is intended for medical treatment of pathologies of the liver and of the prevention of these diseases.

Advantages over analogues: There are classic hepatoprotective drugs have very low bioavailability when taken orally. So patients have abnormalities of the liver to take these drugs by intravenous injection in hospitals, clinics or by visiting daily for outpatient treatment. Prophylaxis classical hepatoprotective drugs is problematic. Developed drug is administered orally and has a high bioavailability, which should bring a sea change in medical therapy of liver pathologies and opens the possibility of preventing these diseases.

Dysfunction and liver disease diagnosed in most patients gastrointestinal profile. All over the world, this pathology plays a significant role in causing disability, disability and even death. The growing number of environmental factors threatening notes widespread increase in liver pathology. The purpose of this project is the development and manufacturing of innovative drug from the group on the basis of hepatic phosphatidylcholine structural and physiological metabolic activity and significantly increased bioavailability in comparison with conventional pharmaceutical drugs. The developed project preparation first used an innovative way to solubilize phosphatidylcholine molecules in the macromolecule of a nutrient that allows the body to successfully assimilate phosphatidylcholine, administered orally.
