Purpose of the development: Refers to the means of drying and water pidigrivannya and can be used for private treatment plants for drying fruits, vegetables, fruits, medicinal plants and other products of agriculture and forestry, as well as for heating technology and the other on the appointment of water.

Technical characteristic: First proposed a combined dryer-heater, which provided: - Simultaneous use of heat to dry the product and process water heating; - Optimal (round) shape dryer and water heater with a uniform distribution and the possible transfer of heat and water through a drying agent - dried product; - Tiered offset perforated trays, knee fixed at an angle with the surface of the cylinder height of the perimeter doors and enhances convective heat transfer and intensifies the process of drying; - Automatic control of pressure in the water heater installed in the cover additional steam valve.

Advantages over analogues: The application of this dryer - water heater compared to the already known, will: - Extend the functionality of the dryer through additional process step heating water in it; - To save some of the heat through the use of its losses through the building envelope in the environment necessary for the drying of the product; - To get environmentally friendly products, due to the lack of contact with the flue gas; - Simplify the design and save energy withdrawal fan; - To create a certain facility and provide uninterruptible process involving two sources of heat; - Extend the range of applications thanks to the marked features.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Saving much of the heat through the use of its losses through the building envelope water heater, which is about 25% of the heat of combustion of fuel and electricity consumption. Ease of production, reduction of construction and saving electrical energy derived from seizures fan. Use of cheap local fuel and agricultural waste. Reduction of crop losses due to possible treatment at the place of cultivation and is environmentally safe for its lack of contact with the flue gases. Convenience in the preparation of food for drying due to the direct use of heated process water in the water heater, and to maintain, thanks to the combined use of heat sources.

Dryer heater includes a frame for supporting the wheels, kilns frame with trays placed in it to the bottom of the perforated plate, furnace with an exhaust means, characterized in that it additionally in the form of a water heater tank filler neck with hose and tap, with cover and parovidvidnim valve and drain hose with a tap at the bottom of which is placed firebox at the top - the hood means the perimeter coaxially - dryer, and inside - concentric flue pipe connecting the furnace to the exhaust vent means in the form of TsAGI and additional power heat in the form of an electric heater, the dryer by the outer surface of a vertical cylinder in which one party tiered cantilever attached perforated trays with offset, in one of the surface, the distance, further established around the perimeter of the water heater swing doors of the snaps and the control valve, bottom - muddy and top - cover with holes, through which the dryer is connected to an exhaust means.
