Purpose of the development: Aubasidan is aneffective protector of the human organism against radioactive elements. Medicobiologocal investigations of aubasidan samples conformed the expediency of its use in foodstuffs as useful food supplements.

Aubasidan is a new substance with property of effective protector of the human organism against radioactive elements. The highly efficient (in terms of biosynthesis of aubasidan) strain 4 Aurebasidium pullubans was obtained by way of directed selection, the technology of production of microbe polysaccheride of aubasidan was developed on the basis of this strain. The technology includes the directed microbe synthesis of aubasidan in the optiized fermentation medium, the process conditions of concentration of a solution of aubasidan, as well as the proven method of separating the target product and obtaining the commercial product. Taking into consideration the phosiochemical and functional propreties of aubasidan, new kinds of food products with its application and food concentrates, confection, milk and meat products were developed. The indicated technology is provided with the Research-Industrial Regulations on production of low-calorie cross-linking agent of aubasidan, and Specifications for the commercial product.
