The unit is designed to cool the compressed hot air (gas), which do not react chemically with water or other inert liquid. In the heat exchanger is not a waste heat exchange surface, so the thermal resistance of the heat transfer is small. Nedorekuperatsiya in the heat exchanger of the contact type is not more than 3 degrees C, which ensures its high performance. Productivity is in the range of 10 to 70 kW. Structural dimensions of the device depends on the efficiency of the compressor unit. Includes two sections, which are connected through a septum and filled with liquid, and the liquid level is controlled float regulator. Casing - cylindrical, and in the middle is the pipe through which the air is moving. The pipe has a conical nozzle, which is lowered into the solution and the exit air is fluid turbulence. Heat removal from the hot stream is through direct contact of air with the liquid (eg water), which is intermediate between the coolant air flow and heat consumers.
