The scientific and engineering design principles of polymer solar collectors on the basis of multi-layer and multi-channel structures of polycarbonate. A series of full-scale comparative studies of a new generation of solar panels at the test site with the use of direct comparative trials, which compared the characteristics of two options for the UK, followed by a comparison of the test results on international methods (DIN V 4757-3); checking the reliability of the UK, which are developed (check absorber for resistance to increasing pressure coolant test shows a high resistance against SC temperature, checking for impermeability) confirmed the high thermal performance of new developments, as well as preserving health products for life. Parallel studies and theoretical calculations have shown that the thermal characteristics of the polymer are in the UK with the best of traditional samples (mean difference on the temperature at the end of the day BTA is 7-14%). Polymer IC is high performance, low cost, small mass, the complete absence in his design of nonferrous metals and duration of "life" in the sun. With low cost and high efficiency, the polymer manifold influences on environment carefully stay within the "full life-cycle."
