Rebeca is the main component of universal modular system of wastewater treatment technology (mostly from car washes), based on the principle of chemical coagulation, flocculation, and with their subsequent separation, which is composed of mud settling pit, sedimentation tank, a spare receiver, pressure setting and sorption filter. Depurator Rebeca made of stainless steel DIN 1.4404 and equipped with a control system that provides automatic operation with the ability to adjust the pH and conductivity of the water at the entrance. Parameters of raw and treated water at the inlet and outlet depends on the type of waste water and the degree of contamination. In the case of oil contamination, the maximum concentration of oil oil inlet should not exceed 300 mg / l. Water should not contain a large number of saponatov or solvents. From water to remove heavy particles suspended solids (sand). In compliance with these values ??and principles guaranteed by the following parameters on the output: oil - 1 mg / l (sorption filter 0.1-0.2 mg / l), undissolved substances - 5 mg / l.
