Advantages over analogues: Flat-plate collectors are different large areas of glazing and a large absorber. Materials used ensure a long service life and constant reservoir parameters. Absorption surface collector is formed of highly selective surface having a large capacity of absorption of solar energy. Solar tempered glass on all models have a high resistance to fracture and distraction for high solar radiation. Thermal insulation limits heat loss to sewers and increases their effectiveness.

Flat solar collectors work on the basis of the greenhouse effect. This effect is based on the fact that the solar radiation incident on the solar surface, almost completely ignored the glass. Thus, an accumulation of solar energy within the reservoir. Transfer of heat to the system is by structural elements, made usually of aluminum or copper. Heat removal by coolant - water or antifreeze solution.
