Purpose of the development: Gas burners for boilers, power and process units.

Recommended application field: Gas burners quasi kinetic block KP series are designed to burn natural gas: - In power plants - steam and hot water boilers, heat generators; - In the production units - industrial furnaces, kilns. Burners comply with GOST 51383, TU 29.2-33144020-001:2004.

Advantages over analogues: - Reduction of gas-fired by 5-10% in ovens up to 25%. - The fan motor with analog control; - Low air ratio in the whole range of regulation; - Environmental cleanliness; - Low power consumption; - Stability of the combustion process; - High uniformity of the temperature field in the combustion chamber; - High efficiency control (up to 10); - Digital control technology; - Low noise; - New technology for burning gaseous fuel, allowing to reduce to 3 times the emissions NOx; - A minimum of actions to set all functions of the control system; - Automatic control of the quality of combustion UV sensor.

A distinctive feature of these is the presence of a multi-jet burner gas mixer system of parallel air channels, which ensures high uniformity of the concentration field of fuel mixture, heavy fuel burn close by the nature of the process and the kinetic combustion.
