Purpose of the development: Designed to detect defects such as cracks in the surface layers of metals and alloys.

Recommended application field: Flaw can be used to control the products of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials, the conductivity of which is in the range 0.5 - 50 mS / m (different types of steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.) across all industries in the laboratory, workshop and field.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Width, mm 0.06; - Length, 4; - Depth, mm 0.03; - Power supply 6F22 type battery of the crown; - The power consumption at most 10 mA; - Overall dimensions 70x138x27; - The mass of flaw, not more, kg 0.2.

Flaw works effectively under the control of turbine blades, turbine rotor disk elements, thermal groove rotors, and other components of power equipment, gas pumping equipment (gas turbines, gas motor compressors, compressor CNG). The set includes: electronics, 2 sensors, 9V battery, passport, certificate of metrological certification.
