Purpose of the development: Flaw MD-4K is designed to detect surface defects, such as discontinuity of the metal by MPI in local areas through the creation of large parts applied static magnetic field. As the magnetizing elements used permanent magnets, so the flaw does not require a power supply that can be used in explosive and flammable environments, construction sites, sites for assembly and welding in the field.

Recommended application field: Rail, air transport, machine tool, shipbuilding, nuclear, automotive, pipe, defense and other industries, energy.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: - The type of flaw portable; - Blocks magnetizing completed round (MD-4K) permanent magnets; - Average size controlled by inspection section on the surface of the workpiece 120 mm; - The maximum field strength at the power pole magnetization, at least 1100 A / cm; - Breakout units of magnetization ferromagnetic surface is 35-40 kg; - The mass of flaw in the set, not more than 7 kg.
