DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND NEW COMPOSITE MATERIALS TO REPAIR GEAR PUMP TYPE NSH
Purpose of the development:
Increase the wear resistance of machine parts, machinery and tools. Research, development and introduction of new composite materials based on PTFE for friction units operating in hostile environments.
Recommended application field:
Businesses with /, and industrial engineering.
Technical characteristic:
Developed composite materials based on fluoropolymer characterized by high wear resistance under extreme loads, a low coefficient of friction, temperature resistance, the ability to work without lubrication.
The project envisages the creation of scientific and production center for the study of the physical and mechanical properties of composite materials based on PTFE. Manufacture of experimental batches of parts and investigate the effects of different environments on their performance.
Advantages over analogues:
Increase the wear resistance and durability of components of agricultural equipment and design issues efficient processes of recovery of polymer composite materials.
The development stage readiness:
Tested experimental exploitation order
Technical and economic effect:
Increase the service life of gear pumps and other mechanisms to 1.5-2.5 times. The study found that the composition of the designed life is dominated by 3-5 times the materials of foreign firms.
Description of the development:
