Purpose of the development: High-frequency transistor generators are used in inductive heatings’ installations of the inductive heating with 22-66-440 kHz frequency and 5-30 kW output power. The installations are used: for melding the non-ferrous and noble metals, brazing the carbide blades in tool industry; for local heating and hardening of pieces.

Advantages over analogues: Advantages: • friendly-to-operator-design and interface; • regulation of the workpiece parameters; • high efficiency; • small overall dimensions; • automatic frequency adjustment; • microprocessor control system and protection. They may also be applied instead of widespreaded vacuumtube oscillators. They give high energy efficiency.
