RESONANT CURRENT INVERTER FOR INDUCTIVE HEATING ON IGBT


Purpose of the development: It is intended for operation as a unit component together with parallel resonant LC circuit for heating, smelting and thermal treatment of raw and work materials. It allows to operate together with circuit at resonant frequencies of 1-25 kHz with capacity not more than 30kW. Resonant current converter provides manual mode of inversion frequency or automatic adjustment of inversion frequency to resonant frequency of operating circuit. It also performs output power control in the range of 0-100%.

Technical characteristic: Technical characteristics: . Power supply: three-phase network 380V/50Hz. . Maximum capacity: 30 kW. . Output frequency range: 1 - 25 kHz . Maximum output voltage value: 500 V. Output current and output voltage protection facilities are provided . Temperature protection: the temperature on 85°R can cause emergency shutdown. • Cooling: forced air cooling • Power supply of control circuit and forced air cooling ventilators is performed through alternating current network (220 V, 50 Hz).
