Purpose of the development: They are intended for rectified current regulation (up to 500A) in windings (with DC voltage of 500V) of electromagnetic separators.

Recommended application field: As a part of electromagnetic system of rotor separators with high-intensity (highgradient) magnetic field РЕНАП-3В are widely used in mining industry, on factories of feebly magnetic ores concentration production, deep purifying of quartz and other sands from feebly magnetic impurities.

РЕНАП-3В provide rectified current regulation and stabilization in windings of electromagnetic separators. Current and voltage regulation circuits allow to support optimal characteristics of high-gradient magnetic field including magnetic system parameters that can be changed within separator operation. РЕНАП-3В provide optimal transient start-up and regulation processes in electromagnetic system that is characterized by high inductances of windings with their complex location in separator case. Due to application of regulators РЕНАП-3В high-purity of magnetic product by feebly magnetic ores concentration and high level of feebly magnetic minerals extraction by sand purification are obtained. More than 10 systems of electromagnetic rotor separators with regulators РЕНАП-3В are used at many industrial enterpsises of Ukraine and CIS countries. Competitive domestic electrotechnical equipment was commended with diplomas of the electrotechnical exhibitions of Ukraine.
