The braking needs no power sources. It is carried out by electromagnetic interaction between field of permanent magnets and combined electroconducting strip. The system is characterized by high reliability and braking efficiency within the wide range of velocity and force. Specialist from the Institute of Electrodynamics develop mechanical models of the installations, optimize braking motion and provide scientific-and-technical support in development and putting equipment into operation.
