Purpose of the development: Anti-corrosion coating on two-layer tape "Polizol" Cold application is designed to isolate the linear pipeline sections, zones of welded joints of pipes, as well as to repair damage to insulation.

Recommended application field: Pipelines for various applications.

Advantages over analogues: A characteristic feature of the tapes "Polizol" is that, unlike those tapes from foreign companies such as "Polycom" (USA), "Nitto" (Japan), "Altene" (Italy), "Polylen" (Russia), adhesive tape layer "Polizol" is not in the structure of butyl rubber, which is prone to the "coincidence" of the pipe by the pressure of the reservoir of soil. As a consequence, foreign materials lose their adhesive properties and after 3-5 years, need to be repaired insulation. Thus, the tape "Polizol" has significant advantages over imported counterparts.

Cover "Polizol" has a sandwich construction and consists of a polymeric base - thermal, svetlostabilizirovannogo polyethylene adhesive layer based on polymer composition and primer. Total tape thickness of 0.65 mm. The tape is applied with a polymer wrapper "Polizol-O," which provides sealing and resistance to water, oxygen, mechanical damage during repair and paving work, and with the primer "REBIT" which provides high adhesion to metal and resistance to cathodic disbonding .
