Purpose of the development: Intended for processing waste tires (including with metal), rubber waste into a fine powder of unvulcanized rubber.

Recommended application field: Enterprise for manufacturing rubber products.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: - Maximum recycled tires 1300x320 mm; - The dispersion of powder, 0.1-1.0 mm; - The maximum amount of processing, t / year. 2500-10000; - Output of the metal, t / 350-1400; - Rated power, kW 530-1300; - Massana t 25,2-72,8; - Is engaged in the production square m. by 190-600; - Electricity consumption for a 1-ton powder kW / h 410; - Payback period of equipment and construction works, was 1.5-3.

Advantages over analogues: The resulting powder is 15 - 20 times less raw rubber. Can replace 20% of the production of tires and rubber products, or 80% - in the manufacture of consumer goods (soles, floor mats, etc.) and non-critical rubber products (pads under the rails, coatings for railway crossings, livestock farms, etc.)

The line is two-stage crushing of used tires, followed by grinding to dispersants, extruders, the allocation of the resulting powder metal components and textile cord. The basic unit is the line machine of new generation - the dispersant-ekskuder worm-rotor DEKCHER-150 or DEKCHER-230, which, together with refinement provides devulcanization of rubber. Depending on the required performance line is completed with a different number of units of the same type, on which the area occupied by it and the amount of energy consumed.
