Purpose of the development: Installation is designed for preparation of alternative fuel-ethanol-fuel and biofuel blends, with a view to the most efficient combustion to heat source units.

Advantages over analogues: Installation plus: integrated into the existing scheme of the fuel, do not need more space and high capital costs, and automatic regulation and support a given number of alcohol-phase in the fuel mixture, reduce harmful emissions (soot benzaperen, NOx, CO); burning sulfur fuel oil in accordance with rules SOx emissions to the atmosphere, the use of fuel oil flooded, dispersion of high fuel viscosity reduction, destruction and dispersion of solids contained in the fuel, reducing abrasion injectors, raising the average temperature in the boiler and heat transfer.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Technical and economic effect: Application equipment must remove the entire set of problems related to dehydration of fuel oil and increase the efficiency and durability of combustion equipment.
