It is proposed to implement the technology and equipment for the production of dry multicomponent mixtures with hydrolyzed protein for feeding infants and young children who are allergic to animal proteins. The product is optimally balanced for essential nutrients, enriched with vitamins and minerals and approximate in mother's milk. The new product has prebiotic properties and meets all requirements of the International Code of baby food. Clinical studies of the effectiveness of a new type of food showed the easy adaptation of children to the product and pronounced therapeutic effect in Disorders of the gastrointestinal tract and allergic reactions, which allowed a sustained clinical remission in 93.3% of children. The implementation of new technology has allowed to get high quality finished product baby food, to use energy consumption and significantly increase the process efficiency and achieve high production volumes. The technology is protected by patents of Ukraine.
