MULTIDEGREE ELECTROMAGNETIC SYSTEMS


Recommended application field: The machine operates as a systems with several kinematically-connected drive motors. The multi-degree systems show an advantage at construction of two- and three-axle drives for spatial attitude control of input optical, radiolocation devices and other output devices in the equipment for tracking, watch, automatic tracking of moving bodies, etc.

Technical characteristic: Two-coordinate moment motor for tracking systems - External diameter 90 mm; - Angular range of rotor rotation ±30 degrees; - Torque coefficient 0,65хcos (Nm/A); - Maximum current 3,3 A; - Moment of rotor inertia 6,5х10-5 kg•m2. Three-degree electric machine for control of spatial state of input optical devices: - External diameter 48 mm; - Stabilized rotational speed of rotor 6000 RPM; - Angular range of rotor inclination ± 20 degrees; - Range of angular velocity of rotor precession 0…60 degr/sec.

Advantages over analogues: In comparison with traditional multi-motor systems, the developed multidegree electromagnetic system provides: - 3 - 5 times increase of electromagnetic moment for comparable volumes of driving systems; - 7 - 20 times increase in the speed of response of drive due to decrease of the total moment of inertia of moving elements and owing to increase of electromagnetic moment; - saving of electric energy consumption; - high reliability owing to non-use of wearable elements.
