The measuring principle is based on a comparison of octane (cetane) numbers of certified samples of gasoline (diz. Fuels) and controlled gasoline (diz. Fuels). Used tables certified gasoline (diesel fuels), the program of interpolation and temperature correction test sample put into a specially designed. With the unit comes a software package that allows you to use the octane meter with a personal computer. The measurements of octane (cetane) numbers are displayed on the LCD screen and the computer screen. The analysis results may be stored for subsequent processing and analysis by other applications. The use of low-voltage power supply allows you to operate the unit in the room of any type of fire and explosion hazard.
