Dentist's drill «D&T» contains high-speed contactless micromotor, electronic control unit, water-proof foot Micromotor is designed by magnetoelectric circuit with air-gap-conductor stator. In order to excite rotor, highcoercive intermetal compound NdFeB and original design arrangement of magnetic system are used. In this way, the service life, power and efficiency are increased, the heat release is reduced, the technology is simplified. The micromotor can be easily disassembled for repair and replacement of bearings. Control unit gradually regulates and stabilizes the velocity of rotation at variable load; reverses the rotation; helps quickly to stop rotor at turning-off; switches off the motor at overload. Dentist's drill «D&T–80» is developed for dentistry, working of metals and ceramics, for jewellery works. The micromotor of the drill has a collet mechanism for changeable instrument with standard bore diameter of 2,35 mm. Dentist's drill «D&T–20» is intended for therapeutic treatment in stomatology. It can be applied for engraving and technical works. The micromotor of the drill has a device for mounting of standard tips with 9,86 mm diameter.
