Purpose of the development: Information-and-diagnostic complex “Regina” is intended for record of analogue and discrete signals, emergency situations analyzing, performance evaluation of relay protection and automation devices, fault location at short circuits on power lines, determination of remaining lifetime of high-voltage switches, submitting daily accounts of operation conditions, performing of phase and wave analysis of sinusoidal signals, separation of symmetric elements in three-phase networks of alternating voltage, data output in the form of text messages, diagrams and tables on the screen for further printing as well as transmitting of recorded and processed data to any higher control levels.

At present two structures of information-anddiagnostic complex “Regina” have been realized. They are implemented in the form of: two-level system. local network. In the first case, lower level of structure consists of recorder of analogue and discrete signals distributed with regard to volume factor. The number of recorders is determined by the number of analogue and discrete signals to be processed. Upper level of structure consists of personal computer, modem and autostart unit. Recorders are connected with upper In the second case, recorders are connected into one technological local network. Data obtained from recorders is collected and stored on server. Information-and-diagnostic complex “Regina” is certified by appropriate bodies of Ukraine and Byelorussia and included in the State register of measuring devices of Ukraine and Byelorussia. Over 1000 recording devices are used in various industrial enterprises of Ukraine, Byelorussia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Basic component of information-and-diagnostic complex “Regina” is a recorder of analogue and discrete signals. The recorder registers electric signals of alternating and direct current and voltage as well as discrete signals of “clean contact”-type or level signals. Power supply of each recorder is carried out at 220V-voltage of direct or alternating current.
