Purpose of the development: Antifriction epoxy compound designed for: forming coatings, repair and patching casting, repair guides and other sliding friction machine tools (screw, rack and hydrostatic transmission, holes Quill tailstocks, oversized bearings).

Accurate reproduction of the working surface shape is provided by the mobile node: small (up to 1% of the film thickness) and the uniform shrinkage, high adhesive bond strength of the compound steel (iron). Curing time compound 16-24 hours at ambient temperature. The use of an epoxy compound antifriction mark UP-5-251-1 allows you to: increase the wear resistance of friction and increase the life of machine tools to repair, to combine in a single operation the formation of precise friction surfaces with precise orientation with respect to other surfaces, and thus eliminate the need to build process fit and delete operation scraping metal, replace scarce nonferrous metals (brass, zinc alloy), used with cast iron casting defects on the surface.
