Purpose of the development:
The control unit is designed for use in the boilers of up to 10 MW (capacity up to 9 Gcal.), Working on gas low-pressure 2.04.08g the SNP.

The control unit provides for automatic termination of the gas supply to the boiler with the following process parameters deviation from acceptable standards:
- Gas pressure beyond the maximum allowed;
- Gas pressure is less than the minimum;
- The water pressure is greater than the maximum allowable;
- The water pressure is less than the minimum;
- Air pressure is less than the minimum;
- The water temperature exceeds maximum;
- Steam pressure in the drum beyond the maximum allowed;
- The water level in the boiler drum below normal;
- The water level in the boiler drum above the permissible;
- Lack of fire;
- Leak valve blade.

The control unit can be used to replace the common automation "PCA-2U", "flame", control units KSMU-1G, CCS-7, CRS-9 (9th), and similar to the boiler type "NIISTU", "Universal", EC, Kwa C, KBNG Nick, DKVR, DE, E-1/9, E-1 / 2,5 G, etc. Dlok control provides automatic ignition of the boiler, with the cycle of the furnace ventilation, control of all process parameters of the boiler, storage root causes of an emergency stop, light and sound of the accident, measurement indication of temperature at the outlet and inlet boiler avtomatichemkoe maintain the water temperature within the specified range at the output or input boiler, automatic maintenance of the level in the drum of the boiler. Dlok control provides up to ignition of the boiler diagnostics serviceability scheme flame control and boiler ignition lock in its refusal. The control unit is controlled to the boiler ignition leak (leak) valves - iotsekatelya and stops firing in the presence of a defect.
