Purpose of the development: The line is designed for the production of fuel pellets pellets. The raw material is waste wood production: sawdust, bark, wood chips and other waste timber. As raw material for the production of pellets can serve as agricultural waste: waste of corn, straw, waste mill products, husks.

Raw material in the form of scraps, wane, pieces, etc. by conveyed to the chipper, then into the hammer mill (crusher availability of this is determined by the fraction by which materials are ground in a chopper.) Chopped raw material is fed to the receiver for the sawdust. Of receiver chips conveyed to the drum dryer. Going on a drum, sawdust blown hot air heated in solid heat source. Dried sawdust with the air flow in the fall of dry material recovery system consisting of a cyclone and fan. The dried material from the cyclone through the penstock enters the crusher, where it is grinding to a particle size required for granulation. Shredded wood material pneumatically fed into the storage hopper to the pellet presses. From the bunker storage material is fed into the system boot pelleting presses consisting of agitator and auger. The mixer provides water and steam to moisten the material to be pressed in order to activate the binder during compaction and obtain the necessary strength of the product and, if necessary, feed, supplements to the mixer. In Pellet press is directly process for pellets. The granules obtained by belt conveyor and elevator served on the cooler, where hit the sifter (shaker) and then by belt conveyor belt and fall into the hopper of the finished product. Small fraction of the sifter with the fan and cyclone is returned to the granulation (a hopper). After weighing the pellets can be shipped in bulk or packed in big bags or other packaging with packaging machine.
