Purpose of the development: Intended for gap clearance shift form 35 till 55 mm with a span at the length from 24 till 84 m, which satisfy the requirements of UGI "Ukrgiprodor".

Recommended application field: Highway bridges building.

Technical characteristic: Nominal longitudinal strength - not less than 6,9 МPа;Percent elongation at break - not less than 200%;Hardness according to ISO -65+/-5 units.IRHD.

Rubber compensators are used for functional joints of filled type of beam reinforced-concrete articulated highway bridges in Ukraine, securing shifts of joint spans, occurred as a result of temperature deformations, and for exclusion of corrosive medium ingress into reinforcement bearings. Compensators are produced from light-ozone-resistible rubber, that keeps its running abilities at the temperature from 40 С below till 50 С above zero.
