Technology of production of fuels from renewable raw materials - methyl esters (the biodiesel) based on the use of vegetable oil and methanol. The resulting biodiesel is inferior to its fuel and power conditions, petroleum diesel, but efficient in terms of economy and ecology. In order to reduce dependence on imports of methanol (which is synthesized from natural gas) has developed a technology to use ethanol for process pereeterfikatsii. This technology allows to avoid dependence on international market conditions and did power load distilleries. A technology intesifikatsii transesterification process to reduce the time of synthesis of biodiesel and reduce heat loss in its synthesis. The technology of intensifying burning biodiesel on board the vehicle. This technology will increase the power of the diesel engine, reduce fuel consumption, increase parameters of the engine with biodiesel to the level that he has a burning petroleum diesel. Designed equipment flowsheet synthesis of biodiesel, and the optimal conditions for the synthesis stages, phase separation, purification of the product and processing by-products.
