STATION FOR COMPLEX WATER TREATMENT


Purpose of the development: Demineralization plant is designed for nonchemical water treatment and disinfection of open and underground water sources with high salt content (including sea water), metal ions, organic compounds, toxic materials and other contaminants.

Technical characteristic: Specifications: electro station contains activator dialyzer, two circuits of accumulation elyuatov allowing desalinate water with a salinity of 50 g/dm3, the estimated cost of the station capacity of 2 m3. - 3500 units; energy consumption is not more than 5 kilowatts chas./dm3; life of more than five thousand hours, the cost of desalinated water 25 u.e./m3

Offers a reliable, cost-efficient way to get safe drinking water, which is physiologically full, contains the optimal composition of minerals, taste good. The proposed desalination plant is built on a combination of several technologies electroactivation, electrocatalysis, ion exchange and desorption based on natural minerals. Dialyzer is the main element of purification. Unlike standard elektrodializatoriv electrochemical cells have increased electrode space, provides an opportunity to reduce energy consumption by more than 10 times. Auxiliary chamber, where they form eluates have closed contours movement eluates. In the catholyte circuit eluate air filters, allocate formed during electrolysis precipitation of metal hydroxides. Thus, in the auxiliary circuits produce acid and alkali-exempt gas and metals, and are able to restore the ion-exchange materials. Ion exchange filters in-depth treatment of water from salts. Regeneration of ions occurs automatically without the use of reagents. Water consumption for regeneration and rinsing does not exceed 3.5% of the total volume of water. Depth controls the flow of water desalination and electric field strength. Today, it is the best way to water desalination, allowing obessalivat water with a salt content of 50 g/dm3. Instead mineralizer in the stations used stabilizing filters with clinoptilolite, which finished with silver.
