Epoxy-silicon organic composition for coatings related to the paint industry, in particular for the composition of an epoxy-silicone composition. The formulation is necessary to improve the technical problem of epoxy-silicone composition for coatings by using as filler mikrovolastonitu, ensuring the preservation of their protective properties with simultaneous MRC providing high hardness and strength of the shock, thereby expanding the scope of the composition. Composition was prepared by mechanical mixing film formers in a ball mill to the degree of grinding to 40 microns device "Clean" and the subsequent introduction of hardener in the prepared composite stirrer without dilution prior to application to the substrate. The resulting composition viscosity of 21 to viskozimerom VZ-4 with a nozzle diameter of 4 ± 0,1 mm is applied by hydraulic spraying the prepared (defatted and ground surface) steel surface in a single layer.
