Meter consists of a power supply and communications (hereinafter - BPS) and the measuring section (hereinafter - IS). The body is a mortise section with flanges, which are mounted in pairs N electro-acoustic transducers (PEA). The structure of IP is an electronic unit (hereafter BE), which provides the emission of ultrasonic pulses and process signals from the PEA. Each pair forms a PEA acoustic channel, which runs under the EB measure liquid flow rate. IP determines the direction and the average flow rate of the fluid in the pipe, and calculates the volumetric flow rate and fluid volume for the reporting interval. BPS provides IC power, and passes in the online communication with MODBUS IP received from the measurement information in the upper-level computer. Commissioning, configuration, diagnosing Counter runs on a computer. Counter operation is continuous. The counters are made in industrial and vzryvozoschitnom performance. BPS with intrinsically safe input level "ia" protection are marked "ExibllA", designed to be mounted outside the hazardous area indoor and outdoor installations. IP protection are labeled "1ExibllAT4 complete UVR-011AN / B" can be installed in hazardous areas, indoor and outdoor installations.
