Purpose of the development: Designed for cleaning grain crops of large, small and light impurities mechanized currents, elevators and other grain processing facilities. They are also used to replace outdated grain cleaners for winnowing type complexes ZAV or creating new ZAV's.

Recommended application field: Agriculture.

Advantages over analogues: 1. Low-speed separator, does not have the dynamic loads on structures. 2. Separator does not cause the release of dust. 3. Reliability of the machine for fast, easy and resource structure. 4. Due to the lack of fast-moving parts of the separator does not injure seeds and can be effectively used for a thorough cleaning and calibration of any seed at 4-5 fractions. 5. As a sieve using conventional stamped cloth, which are installed and secured in the cage without packing on the frame or any other preparation.

The machine consists of air and sieve separator. Original grain enters the air separator is purged slipstream and cleaned, so from light impurities. Further grain falls into the sieve drum, where its removal of impurities by sifting through a sieve. Refined grains (the cut), and selected impurities are derived separately from the car through the exhaust pipes. Cleaning screens in blocks moving brushes and rollers.
