The development of drugs for the prevention and treatment of vaginal dysbiosis in the form of suppositories. For production use, industrial strains of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria and substance potentiates their prebiotic effect. Used as the basis of solid fat with the addition of emulsifiers of the first kind. The dry lyophilized biomass podrinyuyut and mixed with the molten part of the basis (concentrate № 1) aktitor probiotic action are mixed with an emulsifier of the first kind and part of the molten base (concentrate № 2), and then spend the concentrate mix number 1 and number 2. The finished mixture is poured into Valium packaging for suppositories. The development of drugs for the prevention and treatment of vaginal dysbiosis in the form of suppositories. Was first proposed in the dosage form using a mixture of lacto-and bifidobacteria with the addition of the active substance that potentiates the probiotic properties of strains of lactic acid bacteria. With the help of complex microbiological, physico-chemical, pharmacological, technological and biopharmaceutical methods reasonably rational structure and technology of suppositories with probiotics.
