Purpose of the development: Level modifications UUS-01 submersible transducers are designed to control the liquid level in vented and sealed tanks with the pressure inside the tank to 2.5 MPa.

Recommended application field: In addition to Level station modifications UUS-01 can be used in tank farms for the level measurement of liquids in tanks of large size with a large height. For this purpose the possibility of splice transducers to install them inside the tank or do they stem bent for installation on the door stripping RVS.

The converter is a team structure, which is the basis of the bar, within which temperature sensors are distributed uniformly along its length. Go to the bottom end rod is welded piezoelectric unit, in which two piezoelectric element, one of which provides a measure of the level and speed of sound in a controlled fluid, while the second provides a measure of the level of produced water. For maintenance of a reservoir is an immersion transducer, mounted inside the tank. The maximum possible number of connected probes of any design - 64. By the rod above the upper piezoelectric element is attached with special clips zvukovod in the form of a pipe with slits, which is filled with fluid. To measure the velocity of sound in a controlled fluid within zvukovoda are special reflectors (markers).
