MICROPROCESSOR PRESSURE GAUGE ISL-8 "ATLAS"

Purpose of the development: Microprocessor-based pressure gauge IDM - 8 "Atlas" is designed for continuous measurement of absolute pressure and the conversion of gaseous and liquid media in the DC signal and digital display of results. Pressure gauge provides eight channels of measurement.

Recommended application field: Microprocessor-based pressure gauge IDM - 8 "Atlas", can be used to: control seal oil storage tanks; pressure measurement; temperature measurement (optional); Analysis of the gas mixture (optional).

Technical characteristic: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Measurement range, from 0 kPa to 150 (optional up to 100 MPa) Readability of reference, 0.1 kPa (range of measurement (0 - 99.9) kPa) 1 (in the range of measurements (100 - 150) kPa) 8 measuring channels The maximum values ??of intrinsically safe electrical circuits meter Uh.h. = 7.14 in Isc = 100 mA Ldop. = 3 mH Cdop. = 8 uF Thresholds are regulated by signaling The maximum permissible relative error of 0.3% of the pressure gauge The number of digits LED 3 (basic) to 5 (optional) The threshold of sensitivity of the meter of 0.005% The duration of the cycle pressure, with no more than 0.5 Power consumption meter, watt 2.5 The maximum time setting the operating mode when you turn on the meter, with 30 The maximum length of the lines of communication between pressure sensor and a remote control, m 3000 Ambient temperature from -40 ° C to + 85 ° C Overall dimensions 160 x 90 x 90 Weight, kg 0.15 Power Meter 220 (plus 10% minus 15%) or 12 V battery

Advantages over analogues: Advantages over mechanical pressure gauge: The control parameters at any distance from the place of installation of the sensors. Displays information on the display control panel for each channel. Programming of the upper and lower thresholds. Audible alarms for emergency situations. High precision measurements. Parallel connection and data transmission over two-wire line. Easy to install. Increased mechanical strength. Integration of control and measurement.

The development stage readiness: Introduced in production

Description of the development:
()
One example of effective use of pressure gauge microprocessor IDM-8 "Atlas" is a system of monitoring the integrity of the tanks at the gas station. The control panel ISL-8 "Atlas" is installed on the rail in the cabinet in the production areas petrol stations. It also can be mounted in an individual case and install in any location. Smart pressure sensors DDA250 "Atlas" (a device equipped with sensors in the range of 1 to 8 pieces, each sensor has a logical number) are mounted directly to the tank and connected in series or in parallel, conductor "twisted pair" to the control panel. Each sensor has a logical number, and connected to the control panel for a two-wire lines in parallel. Mounting and installation location is determined by the customer control panel. The values ??of the upper and lower thresholds of the alarm quickly and easily programmed by the operator (service organization) on the characteristics of the storage tanks (storage tanks regulated by the manufacturer.) Care options from the given values, damage to communication lines is accompanied by sound and light alarms. Preventive mode of the device allows you to record the current value of the selected channel and, if necessary, turn off the audible alarm to the fault. The display control unit in a scanning mode are indicated by readings of all sensors. The device has the ability to transfer data via the interface RS-232 (installed on request). If the "ISL-8" are used to control the pressure of gaseous and liquid media, with the normalized relative error of measurement (eg for monitoring the integrity of storage tanks), and is used as an indicator (in the case of the control unit is put a sign "I"), then according to DSTU 2708-99 the unit is not subject to annual verification.
