Vertical drilling machine Z51 series is a versatile general purpose. The machine has a column of box shape, which gives the machine a more rigid structure and allows maximum use of the kinematic features of the machine. The machine provides automatic drilling deep holes with speed feed and adjustable depth stop. Improved accuracy, reliability and performance, low noise, wide range of cutting speeds and ease-of-service characterizes this machine. Machine models and Z5163V Z51180V as a desktop machine can use the foundation that increases the maximum distance from spindle nose to working surface of the machine. The machine model Z51140V has enhanced the spindle, which allows the drilling of a special drilling heads on two or more instruments. The centrifugal clutch provides protection against overloading of the main drive torque. On special order the machines can be equipped with a cross table for a more accurate positioning of the workpiece relative to the instrument.
