The boiler "Rubin-D" consists of two chambers, arranged one above the other. The upper chamber is a fuel tank to the combustion chamber and nozzle, made of special heat-resistant ceramics. It lays the wood, and here they are burning. As a result of burning wood gas released, which is burned in the lower chamber, which is also the ash. The main difference with the pyrolysis combustion boilers is that they burn not only the wood, but wood gas, released from them by heat. Wood gas, mixed with air in a ceramic nozzle, burns and gives off heat to heat the entire heating system. The use of ceramics in both combustion chambers ensures complete combustion of fuel, long burning firewood (up to 12 hours), high efficiency and reduces emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
