Purpose of the development: Application for operation of drainage systems Vitebsk region (region Poozerye), located on organic soils.

Advantages over analogues: Informed planning expected productivity of reclaimed land on the actual state of drainage systems, opportunities for operational activities. Increasing the efficiency of such systems for the production of herbal food through the use of operational decisions in conjunction with agro-technical guidance on the establishment and use of grasslands on organic soils.

The development stage readiness: Tested experimental exploitation order

Technical and economic effect: Technology is provided: - Improve the soil water regime on the phase of plant development by taking into account the peculiarities of the locking region (aquitard occurrence of 3-5 m, sandy subsoil, etc.); - Increase in turnaround time according to the normative terms, the use of dispatching schedules operation of an open network of reclamation systems; - Increasing the water-air regime of soils through the training area on the basis of their alkali decompression and subsoil; - Increase productivity agricultural land by improving the water regime in the area subject to production work agro-factors 15-20 q of hay on 1 ha; - Reducing the cost of carrying out maintenance work at 12-15% (versus to the current regulations in the Republic of Belarus).

Waterlogging is one of the major problems of agricultural production in Poozerye. The technology provides a sustainable production of herbal feed on the mentioned soils by a factor of a water regime of soil for agricultural crop production. Provides: reduced operating costs by increasing the intervals between repairs, carrying out repairs on those elements of drainage systems that determine water regime and efficiency use of reclaimed land by controlling the water regime of soils, adapted to specific conditions (growing seasons). Operation of reclamation systems in combination with the necessary agro-technical measures for the production of grass forage on land organogenic Vitebsk had been studied.
